Key Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the HR field and work closely with senior management to ensure smooth HR processes for both in-house and remote employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process for in-house and remote employees, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support the HR Manager in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, attendance, performance data, and training records.
